This free or by donation gathering is here for your joy, growth, healing and self-actualization. Circles are open to ~13 women each month and, though many folks return again and again, new faces appear often and are welcomed with love. Circles are always a reflection of the women that gather, but you can look forward to sharing and listening, ritual and ceremony, songs and meditations, and actively working to conjure our highest expressions of ourselves, heal our hurts, and accept radical responsibility for our precious lives.
These gatherings are designed to connect, release, empower, create, manifest, and tap into the energy inherent in each of us. Participants can expect to share, listen, sing, pray, conjure, feel and breath, though coming with no expectations is best.
Plan to arrive between 5:30-5:50pm so we can open the circle at 6pm. Folks arriving later than 6:15pm should skip the circle and come another night as it can be disruptive to have late arrivals. Circle usually wraps between 9-9:15pm. Please plan to stay for the full gathering.
Bring an offering of tea, chocolate, or beeswax candles for the Community Cabin and any snacks or finger food that you want to share before/after circle. Please do not bring food that requires heating, cooking, or utensils.
Beana facilitates this monthly circle but welcomes participation from attendees. Feel welcome to bring a song, poem, instrument, or other offering and let her know when you arrive what you’ve brought to share. Occasionally there will be guest facilitators and, if so, details will be shared in the event listing.
Moon Circle is open to all uterus bearing beings. Though this is not a space for young children, we do welcome young women who have begun their moon cycle. If you’ll be bringing a young woman to the circle, please let us know.
On the morning following Moon Circle, overnight guests and residents at Rootstock enjoy a potluck breakfast before Rootstock’s Monthly Community Day and, later that afternoon, a Community Bathhouse. Want to really retreat yourself and drop all the way in?
Book a ‘Moon Bath’ - Prior to the circle, soak in the wood-fired hot tub from 4-6pm for $45/person
Stay the night - Book a private cabin, a private room, or a bunk in the Big House
Register for Community Day - Join friendly folks in a work service project to tend the temples on the land here
Register for Community Bathhouse - Luxuriate in the elements after a night and day of community with a sauna, wood-fired bathhouse, and some amazing community.
Book some Healing Hands - See if there’s availability for some massage, myofacial release, or energy work around your visit!
These sacred circles begin on time so if you’re unable to arrive by or before 6:00pm please do not come late. Financial contributions support the land and space holder and are deeply appreciated. Energetic exchanges of offerings for the Community Cabin, gratitude, love, work service, are also valued deeply.
Cancellations within 24 hours of our start time will not receive a refund. This gathering always has a waitlist so, please, do your best to provide ample notice if you can’t make it so somebody else may.
Folks on the waitlist will be notified if a space opens up and booking is first come, first serve.
