Rootstock is looking for an individual or couple who would like to come spend a week on our hillside working on maintaining and creating our XC ski trails and moving some firewood and snow around. Our beautiful open hard woods provide lots of space to explore and we’re looking to label existing trails, forge some new ones around the property, and draw a map of our work.

I can still smell the sweet, red cedar steam rising off the hot water and the soft melting of snowglobe-sweet snowflakes on my naked shoulder. I can still hear the silence, the laughter, the crackle of the fire… Breathing in everything I need to be whole and well in this world. Breathing out everything life on Earth needs to be well in this world.
