We are creating an inspiring space where comfort comes from the dense quiet of the forest, from local food that was raised with reverence and prepared with love, from ancient modern rituals that bind us to one another in song & prayer, from the peace that comes from immersing in the elements of water and fire, from systems that work in harmony with nature, from the guidance of ancestors who walked this land before us . . . We are building a place to rest and feel safe. A place to reconnect and renew our inner light. A place to experience deep connection with people, nature and spirit. A place to feel inspired, relaxed, playful, and deeply nourished. We are building a retreat center where we can relish in the simple pleasures that make life truly meaningful, where we can practice the values that will bring about the paradigm shift that our world so desperately needs. We are building a small, rustic retreat center and community supported bathhouse and gathering space overflowing with sacred spaces, permaculture gardens, wild woodlands and simple but cozy spaces for our guests to relax and unwind.

2022 Projects:
The Bathhouse - Now that the Bunkhouse is here it’s time to build out the wood-fired bathhouse around it. We’ll be establishing a 6-person cedar tub under cover along side a 2-person cedar orfu tub alongside a log sauna. Cold dunks, clawfoot tubs, an outdoor shower and fire pit will define the space.
Outdoor Kitchen - Basic space, enclosed before the snow flies to welcome cooking and washing year round for residents and guests.
2023/2024 Projects:
Temple Space - A 30’ winterized and heated yert will grace the hill where the Tipi now stands. This sacred space will serve as the temple for medicine work, community gatherings, and councils that meet here. The Tipi will move South up the hill to stand by the Dragon Rock where it will be dedicated to deep ceremony, vision quests, and other sacred work.
The Lighthouse - Beana will be buying or building a tiny house for herself that will live in the Grotto and provide her sanctuary in her sanctuary. This will liberate the Cabin to become a Community Space.
Off Grid Cabin - Another 1-2 tiny, off grid cabins will allow deeper retreats for residences or full time residential community members.
The Pavillion - A timberfram pavillion will replace our plastic classroom/dining tent and fortify our outdoor kitchen with dry, covered space to commune, create, learn, and gather.
