Finding our way to wholeness, meaning and connection can be challenging or seemingly impossible in today’s paradigm. Modern medicine, talk therapy, anti-depressants and, SSRI’s simply mask a deep and swirling reality. We are being called upon to find new ways to make ourselves well and make the meaning we seek.

This work is ideal for people looking for support and empowerment in their healing, renewal, reconnection and for folks who seek to live meaningful lives. Medicine work can potentially support individuals with: PTSD, anxiety, depression, terminal illness, "stuckness," relationship issues, writers block, unmetabolized grief, midlife transitions, ancestral and epigenetic trauma, idea generation, OCD, addiction, fear dissolution, mortality angst, as well as the existential grief and fear that comes with being on Earth in the 21st Century.
There are 4 ways onto the ‘Medicine Path’ with Rootstock
THE MEDICINE RETREAT
Medicine Retreats are for folks seeking a guided, place-based, therapeutic session at Rootstock. Sessions are 36 hours and are available for individuals, couples, and small groups.
MICRODOSING PROTOCOL
Microdosing is for folks seeking a self-guided, sustained daily practice to come deeper into their bodies and their lives. This is also great preparation & integration for Medicine Retreats.
INTEGRATION SUPPORT
Monthly virtual circles are for folks seeking support & community as they heal with the support of psychedelics. These free or by donation gatherings meet on the 1st Wednesday
1:1 CONSULTING & MENTORSHIP
One-on-one consulting calls are available for any individual seeking some guidance. Mentorship sessions are available for practicing or aspiring guides seeking support and/or business coaching.

About Your Guide
Beana is a not a doctor, therapist or licensed clinician. She is a Self-Certified Psychedelic Guide with:
25 years experience exploring psychedelics - 20 outside of a therapeutic setting, 5 inside the therapeutic settings
3000+ hours of time guiding therapeutic psilocybin sessions and more than double that time doing preparation and integration support
Deep personal experience with psychotherapy, various modalities of talk therapy, and myriad other mainstream and esoteric healing modalities and systems
Deep personal experience with AlAnon, AA, CoDA and NarAnon
A year-long Shamanic Apprenticeship where she studied ceremony, journey work, the Medicine Wheel and other teachings from the Earth-based peoples
A 200 hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training where she studied the power of breath, meditation, movement, mantra and the creative impulse
A 2 week Ayahuasca Seminar at WasiWaska with Luis Eduardo Luna, Dr. Bill Richards and other thought leaders providing a deep dive into non-clinical therapeutic settings, preparation, ethnobotany, Holotropic Breathwork, Jungian analysis, integration and ethnomusicology.
More than a decade of self-study in regenerative agriculture, community building, gardening, herbalism, and homesteading
A BA in Economics and Philosophy from the City University of New York and over 20 years experience as a conventional, executive-level human trying to make meaning and add value in this body and on this planet
Her approach to the medicine is reverent, non-dogmatic, pragmatic, and transformative. She and her team of trauma-informed people will create a container for you that is safe, beautiful, and effective so you can do the hard work of feeling and healing yourself.
